The mysterious world of cryptids comes to Figura Obscura with Four Horsemen Studios' latest release – THE JERSEY DEVIL!
Since the start of Figura Obscura, the studio knew that they wanted to explore the rich and varied world of cryptids for possible inclusion in the line. The obvious choice for their first Figura Obscura cryptid was the company's hometown monster – The Jersey Devil.
While many have heard of this monster from the Pine Barrens of New Jersey, far fewer know of the strange origins of this creature. From the cursed 13th child of a witch who lived during the 1700s, to the product of a dispute amongst pre-Revolution Quakers who had settled in Southern Jersey, to a grisly joke perpetrated by one of the United States’ founding fathers - the history of “The Devil of Leeds” is as strange as the creature itself, making it a perfect addition to Figura Obscura.
The Figura Obscura: The Jersey Devil figure stands approx. 8.5” tall, although his exact size can vary depending on how you pose him, including how “crouched down” you make his legs and how large you expand his wings! The figure is fully articulated with approximately 41 points of articulation. This set comes with 2 heads – one calm and one that is locked in a terrible scream! This figure also includes extra hands, a large pair of wings, bone weapon and animal skull accessories, a "bendy" tail, a display stand, and a small booklet detailing some of the history and facts of New Jersey's cryptid.

Note that this is a FIXED EDITION PREORDER. These figures are on the water now and they are expected to arrive and begin shipping in late September. This preorder WILL SELL out since there are only a limited number availanle for sale based on the run size already produced.
