Full Time Positions
Production Manager
Four Horsemen Studios is looking to hire for our growing Production Department. This position will play an important role in the production process of our action figures, ensuring the highest quality products are produced according to specified timelines.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in production, with toy-specific production experience preferable
- Ability to travel to our factories in China 2-3 times per year for 1-3 weeks at a time (must have a valid passport, valid China visa, or be able to be cleared for a visa).
- Located in or near Northern New Jersey (this is not a remote position – candidate must be able to be in our NJ office)
- Basic Photoshop or image editing skills
- Comfortable with computers and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge and understanding plastic materials such as PVC, ABS, and POM, as well as steel tooling and plastic injection machines
This is a full-time position with benefits including paid vacation time off, 401(k) retirement, health insurance, and product discounts. Salary will depend on the candidate’s experience with a general range of $60,000 to $100,000. This Production Manager will report to our Director of Production and Senior Leadership Team.
