Biography

One of the three Children of Necronominus who remained in Mythoss after their father was banished at the end of the First Great War, the Loremaster known as Malleus serves as the Ear of the Lord of Death. Malleus hears all, acting as the judge, jury, and executioner to any who blaspheme the name of Necronominus or pose a threat to his teachings.

Malleus is the most devout of Necronominus’ children and is mindless in his devotion to his father’s scripture. He sees any questioning of his father’s Word as heretical and unforgivable. Donning his battle helmet, Malleus uses his twin axes to punish anyone whom he sees as less than fully devoted to the Congregation’s doctrines.

Malleus can often be found in the High Steeple of the House of Blessed Bone where he pours over ancient volumes and listens intently for word of his father’s return. The Ear of Necronomius leaves his chambers only to punish others or to chase down stories that he believes foretell of Necronominus’ Ascension and the start of the Liturgy of Bone.
