Biography

One of the ancient dragons known as the “The 5 Pillars of the First World”, the green dragon that makes its home in the deep forests of the West is called by many names – Beyithirr the Green, the Pillar of the West, and the Warden of the Wood being a few of these monikers. 

Beyithirr was the first of the Pillars to emerge in the modern age of Mythoss. This mighty dragon looked out upon a landscape that was both familiar and strange to him. In the middle of the Great Sea, an area where no land should have existed, a new continent now lay. Flying high above these uncharted lands, Beyithirr looked down and saw a golden tower rising high into the sky, its sides adorned with the likenesses of mighty beasts. Strange beings gathered around the tower’s base, pointing to the skies with fascination in their eyes as Beyithirr circled high above the tower. The Pillar of the West could sense the threat before him. This land and its people did not belong. They were intruders in the world he had known for so long, and their presence had to be dealt with.

Flying back towards his den, Beyithirr knew what he had to do. He could not remember the last time all 5 of the Pillars woke at the same time, but he also could not remember a threat as dire as what he saw before him now. He must raise his Order and awaken the other Pillars. Together they would decide what must be done to save the World of Mythoss.
