T.U.S.C.C. (Traders Union of the Five Circles of Cosmerrium) is an alliance of private firms seeking to expand and promote trade amongst the five rings. Seemingly united under a larger clandestine leadership umbrella, the individual operations’ incomes are tithed to the Union. Companies trade in goods ranging from mundane everyday staples - like foods and agricultural products, to the unusual - such as the sale of exotic wildlife.

GraveRing
Those unfortunate enough to be locked up in the prison Hvalkatar not only find themselves relegated to a life of punishing labor and agonizing isolation, but even worse - they could be forced to spar for the entertainment of the staff and other prisoners. The brutal fighting arena that these unlucky few face off in is known as The Grave, and the lowermost ring of prison cells which surround that arena have been dubbed The GraveRing.

The Bleeder's Guild
Quietly one of the most terrifying affiliations in all of Cosmerrium, The Bleeder’s Guild is a skilled and dangerous group of agents trained to extract and trade information from those with valuable knowledge. Generally tasked with jobs requiring a discreet touch, Bleeders are as renowned for their ability to keep their work in the shadows as they are for their effectiveness. While their rates are often exorbitant, their results are undeniably worth the price.

The Red Spiral
Tucked far away in one of the deepest pockets of the system there lurks a colony of scavengers and outliers known as The Red Spiral. Taking its name from the clustered mass of scavenged space refuse it calls home, The Spiral is a civilization constantly struggling to survive. In the early days of The Spiral, many of the battered residents were enhanced cybernetically, initially out of necessity due to injuries sustained while working and then later for the purposes of upgrading to better fulfill daily tasks. These enhancements have grown to signify cultural status and symbolize brotherhood. With their cobbled-together appearance reflecting and paying tribute to the thrown-together, makeshift structures they call home, the Spiralytes’ purpose and loyalties could not be more unified.

The M.A.Z.E.
The Meshed Assemblage of Zonal Enlightenment (widely known as The M.A.Z.E.) is an interconnected network built around the gathering and sharing of information with the citizens of Cosmerrium. With its foundation built upon the telepathic connectivity of Grayborn operatives, The M.A.Z.E. is responsible for reporting and broadcasting intelligence across the five rings. Providing the people of Cosmerrium with access to this wealth of knowledge has earned The M.A.Z.E. unparalleled power and status within the system, but many argue that their control of that knowledge allows them too much influence.

AEXOR3
The Alliance for Exospheric Reconnaissance, Recovery, and Reclamation, more commonly known as AEXOR3, is a salvage and exploration organization conducting business across the Third, Fourth, and occasionally the Fifth Rings of Cosmerrium. AEXOR3 is one of a handful of successful companies who have thus far rebuked membership in the powerful and influential Traders Union.

They are the backbone of the Universe's population - beings who simply wish to live their lives away from the complicated dealings of those in power and those who would seek to challenge that power.
